Combine Wildtree Pizza Dough mix, water and 2T oil and mix to form ball. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and knead for several minutes until ball becomes smooth and elastic. Let rest 10 min. and then shape into 24 mini pizzas, using one small piece of dough at a time and pressing into rounds with fingers to very thin crusts about 4 inches in diameter. Place mini pizzas on non-stick cookie sheets (12 per pan).
