     White Fruit cake (Fresh fruit not candied)

1 cup Butter
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup milk
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup crushed pinapple (drained)
20 maraschino cherries (cut in half)
6 egg whites beaten stiff

Mix all the ingredents in well except for the egg whites. After mixed well fold in the 6 egg whites. pour batter into angel food pan or into mini loaf pans, Bake in a pre heated oven set to 375 for 60 to 65 minutes, or when toothpick comes out clean.
Serving Suggestions
cool on cooling rack, then wrap in plastic wrap and store in fridge or wrap in foli and store in freezer.
