     Baked Tortilla Chips

6 corn tortillas (WIC food)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika or chili powder

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stack tortillas ont top of each other and use scissors to cut into slices. Spread out in single layer on cookie sheet, spacing out at least 1/4 inch. Sprinkle salt and paprika or chili powder over tortillas.
Bake 8-12 minutes until chips are starting to get crisp and slightly golden brown at edges, check every minute after 8 minutes. Remove from oven to cool 5-10 min before serving, which allows them to get crispier. For extra crispy, right before serving, return to 400 degree oven for a few minutes. Watch carefully. Serve warm.
