     Chex Pumpkin Pie Crunch

1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbs. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 c butter
2 teas. vanilla
2 c. Cinnamon Chex cereal
2 c. Wheat Chex cereal
2 c. Honey Nut Chex cereal
2 c. Pecan halves (8 oz.)

In small bowl, mix brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice; set aside. In small microwaveable bowl, microwave butter on high about 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in vanilla. In large microwaveable bowl, mix all cereals and pecans. Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture; stir until coated. Add brown sugar mixture; stir until coated.
Microwave uncovered on High 5 minutes, stirring every minute, until mixture begins to Bren. Spread on waxed paper or I greased cookie sheet to cool. Store in airtight container.
Can be made up to one week ahead.
