Put vinegar, water, white syrup together in top of double boiler, when hot, add the following mixed together- eggs, sour cream, salt, mustard powder, flour. Cook until thick, remove from heat. Beat hard with rotary beater several times as it cools, when cool put in jar with cover and will keep for weeks in a cool place.
