Instructions
Crack 2 large or extra-large eggs into quart size plastic bag, close bag tightly and shake to combine them.
Allow each person to add their preferred ingredients to their bag, close bag tightly and shake.
Remove air from bag and zip it closed. Place bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot.
After done cooking, open the bags and the omelet will roll out easily. Nice to serve with fresh fruit. Could also be prepared the night before for a quick breakfast.
