1 C. oil (use 1/2 Apple sauce and 1/2C. oil to make more cakey)
3 eggs
2 C. grated zuccinie
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
3 C. flour
1/2 C. chopped nuts
Instructions
Mix sugar, oil, and eggs. Sift together dry ingredients and mix into wet ingredients. Stir in zinnine and nuts. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour pan. Pour mixture into pan and bake 45 minutes or until done.
