Heat oven to 350*. Grease and flour 2 (9") round cake pans. Beat cake mix, whip topping mix, eggs and 1 cup water in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 15 minute;remove from pans. Cool completely on wire racks. Forst cake with Fluffy Frosting, if desired. Store in Refrigerator.
