     Unbelievable Carrot Cake

Ingredients
2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
2 t baking soda
2 t cinnamon
1 t salt
1 1/2 c Wesson Oil
4 eggs (beaten)
3 cups grated carrots
 
Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon and oil. Stir well. Add eggs, stir. Add carrots, stir. Bake in three layers at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Icing 1 oz cream cheese (soften) 1 stick of butter (soften) 1 box powder sugar 1 cup chopped nuts Mix together and spread onto cake. Enjoy
