2 cups brown rice flour mix

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

1 cup lactose-free margarine

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla
|
|
1 cup chocolate chips
|

Instructions |
|
|
In one bowl, mix together- margarine, sugars, eggs, vanilla, and
chocolate chips.

|
In a separate bowl, mix together- flour, baking soda, and salt.
|
|
|
Mix all the ingredients together in one bowl and then drop onto a cookie
tray.
|
|
|
Bake at 425F for 6 minutes.
