6 1/2 C. FLOUR
2t. BAKING POWDER
1 t. KOSHER SALT
1 T. CINNAMON
6 LARGE EGGS
2C. CANOLA OIL
2 t. VANILLA
2 1/2 C. SUGAR
2 C, CHOC CHIPC
 
2 C. NUTS

Instructions
WHISK FLOUR,BAKING POWDER SALT AND 1 t. CINNAMON.
BEAT EGGS ADD VANILLA,OIL AND 1/2 C. SUGAR. ADD FLOUR MIXTURE.FOLD IN CHOC CHIPS AND NUTS.
COMBINE REMAING 1 C. SUGAR AND 1 1/2 t. CINNAMON.
DIVIDE DOUGH INTO 12 PARTS AND SHAPE INTO 2 INCH WIDE LOAFS. ROLL IN SUGAR MIXTURE AND PUT ON PARCHMENT LINED COOKIE SHEET. BAKE AT 375 TILL BROWN AND SET ABOUT 15-20 MIN.COOL 10 MIN ON SHEET PUT ON RACK COOK ANOTHER 20 MIN. SLICE INTO 3/4 INCH PLACE CUT SIDE UP ON ON SHEET BAKE IN 350 OVEN FOR 12-15 MIN TILL LIHGT GOLDEN.
