     Beef Roast w/Shiitake Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
3 1/2 oz shiitake mushrooms sliced
4lb boneless rump or tip roast
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 med green onions sliced
 
Instructions
Putmushrooms in crock pot and top with beef. Spread hoisin sauce over andd sprinkle with garlic and salt.
Cook 8-10 hours until tender
Remove beef. Mix water and cornstarch to crockpot to thicken. sprinkle with onions
