1/2 lb green beans, sliced diagonally (may use 1 10oz pkg of frozen beans
1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Instructions
Stir-fry beans, water chestnuts, mushrooms and garlic in oils. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook until beans are tender, about 4 to 5 minutes.
