1 1/2 C. GOLDEN RAISINS
1 C. WATER
1 C. MARGARINE
1 1/2 C. SUGAR
2 EGGS
3 1/2 C. FLOUR
1 t. SALT
1 t. BAKING SODA
1 t. VANILLA
 

Instructions
COOK RAISINS AND WATER OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL WATER IS MOSTLY ABSORBED (DRAIN REMAINDER) SET ASIDE TO COOL
CREAM MARGARINE,SUGAR AND EGGS TILL CREAMY. ADD FLOUR,SALT,BAKING SODA AND VANILLA. GENTLY FOLD IN RAISINS. REFRIGERATE 1 HOUR
SHAPE INTO BALLLS THE SIZE OF WALNUTS.ROLL IN SUGAR.
BAKE 350 FOR 15 MIN DO NOT OVERBAKE. THEY WILL PUFF UP AND BE LIGHT IN COLOR.
