     Country Beef and Vegetables

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (WIC food)
6 cups hot cooked rice (WIC food)
cheddar cheese, shredded (WIC food)
 

Instructions
In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
Add soup, worcestershire sauce and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve over rice. Top with cheese.
