Bake the cake according to directions on box in a 13x9 pan. Let cool.

Make several holes with wooden spoon handle. Pour sweetened condensed milk over top. Wait 5 mins.

Pour hot fudge topping over top. Wait 5 minutes.
|
|
|
|
Spread Cool Whip over top and then sprinkle heath bar pieces on top. Make sure cake is thoroughly cooled before serving. Store in refridgerator.
