Over to 350 degrees. Pour hot pasta into large bowl.
Add salt, pepper, and butter and stir until melted.
Add Alfredo sauce, cheeses except 1/4 cup cheddar;
stir well. Pour into large casserole dish and set
timer for 25 minutes.
While mac and cheese is baker, cook bacon and drain.
After the 25 minutes, top mac and cheese with
crumbled bacon and 1/4 cup cheddar. Broil for 10-20
seconds or until cheese melts. Serve hot.
