2 Medium Onions, Chopped

3 (16 Ounce) Cans Great Northern Beans, Undrained

6 Cups Chicken Stock or Canned Chicken Broth (I Replace 1 Can with Cream of Chicken Soup)

4 Cups Chopped Cooked Chicken

Salt and Pepper, To Taste

Instructions |
|
|
Heat oil in large pot over medium high heat. Add onions and saute
until translucent. Add undrained beans and stock and bring to a boil.
|
|
|
Reduce heat and add chicken to chili. Season to taste with salt and
pepper. Cook approximately 30 minutes or until beans are done.
|
|
|
Add a can of green chilies. (optional)
|
