     Dilled and Chilled Vegetables

Ingredients
1 – 1 Pound Can French Style Green Beans, Drained and Rinsed
1 – 1 Pound Can White Corn, Drained and Rinsed
1 – 1 Pound Can Small Early Peas, Drained and Rinsed
1 – 4 Ounce Can Sliced Mushrooms, Drained
1/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 1/2 Cups Raw Cauliflower, Broken Into Bite Size Pieces
dressing
1 Cup Sugar
 
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Dill Weed
3/4 Cup White Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Water

Instructions
Place all canned and fresh vegetables in a 1 1/2 quart serving bowl.
Combine the sugar, vegetable oil, pepper, dill weed, vinegar, salt and water for the dressing, stir well to mix and pour over vegetables.
Cover dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Use a slotted spoon to serve.

Make ahead and serve the next day! Great on a summer day!
