     Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Ingredients
2 cans of unmarinated artichoke hearts
2 cups shredded whole mozzarella
1 pkg frozen spinach chopped and thawed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
4 garlic cloves
 

Instructions
In a food processor, grind up the artichokes and place in a bowl. Put garlic through garlic press and add to artichokes. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Place in a baking dish and bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Serve hot with pita chips or tortilla chips.
