     Country Skillet Supper

Ingredients
1lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (WIC food)
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can beef broth
1 can diced tomatoes (WIC food)
1 small zucchini, sliced (WIC food)
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 1/2 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta
 

Instructions
Im medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef, onion and garlic powder until beef is browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off grease.
Add soup, broth, tomatoes, zucchini and thyme. Heat to a boil. Stir in pasta. Reduce heat to low. Cook 15 minutes or until pasta is done, stirring often.
