Beat margarine or shortening, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla,
water and eggs until light and fluffy. Mix flour with soda and
salt, then blend into margarine mixture. Drop 2 inch dough
mixture from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at
375 degrees for about 12 minutes. Put chocolate stars on
cookies right out of the oven.
