1 bottle (your choice) of BBQ sauce (I use Kraft Honey BBQ)
1 large can pineapple rings or chunks
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Trim chicken if needed.
In a medium bowol mix BBQ sauce and juice from pineapples. Salt and pepper to taste.
Place chicken in casserole dish and pour mixture over. Cover with tin foil.
Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover place pineapple rings/chunks on top of chicken. Spoon a little of the sauce over the pineapple, place back in the oven for 15 minutes uncovered.
Take out and enjoy!
