     Yab Ra Grape Leaves

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 cups rice
2 tsp allspice
3 tsp salt
1 head whole garlic
grape leaves
1 cup lemon juice
1 quart waater
 

Instructions
Mix beef, rice, allspice, salt thoroughly, using a little water to mix. Roll leaves turning in ends. Place in a dutch oven, layering and placing garlic.Put a heavy plate over rolled leaves. Mix water and lemon juice, pour over rolled leaves making sure there is enough liquid, 1 inch above the plate.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 hour or until the rice is done in the rolled leaves. When done remove lemon juice from the pot and save. Serve with the juice.
