Bring sour cream to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in butter, sugar, soda, and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add unbeaten egg and yeast. Stir until dissolved. Add flour and make smooth balls.
Cover with a damp cloth for 5 minutes. Roll out. Spread in butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Let rise 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cook at 400 degrees until light brown. Glaze with a powdered sugar/milk glaze.
