     Kib- bee Balls

Ingredients
1 cup bulgaar wheat fine (washed)
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 grated onion
2 tsp salt
Meat Stuffing
1/2 lb ground beef
1 onion diced
 
1 tsp salt
1 tsp allspice
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp sugar

Instructions
Meat stuffing- Ground beef, onion, salt, allspice, in a fry pan. Saute until the beef is done. Drain liquid from meat. Add lemon juice and sugar. Must take sweet and sour. Simmer for 15 min. Then cool.
Mix ground beef, bulgar wheat,egg, onion, salt. Mix it well. Add alittle water to mix. Take a 2 inch size wheat mixture form like a football, make a hole in the end to add meat stuffing, 1 tsp full, Cover over to seal using a little water to help you seal the mixture in. Again shape like a football. Place on a greased (butter) cookie sheet. Put a little pat of butter on the top. When cookie sheet is full, bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. until light brown.
