Combine all ingredients; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into (apprx) 4 dozen small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch baking pan. Brown in moderate oven (375 degrees) for 25 to 30 minutes.

Flash freeze on cookie sheet in freezer then transfer to freezer bag or container.

|
Remove the number of meatballs you want for your dish. Add to your sauce and cook until heated through.
|
|
|
This makes approximately 4 dozen small meatballs. Great to add to your spaghetti, stroganoff, etc.
