Ingredients
1 package refrigerated Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 - 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
Assorted fruits - strawberries, grapes, bananas, pineapple, kiwi, etc.
 

Instructions
Let dough sit out until it is room temperature. Then, pat out the entire tube of dough onto a lightly greased pizza pan, forming crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool crust.
With mixer, combine the marshmallow cream and cream cheese, beating until creamy. Spread onto large "cookie" pizza crust, leaving edge free like a regular pizza.
Decorate with halved strawberries, sliced bananas, crush pineapple, and kiwi slices, or fruits of your choice. Place in concentric circles, working from middle to near outside edge. Canned mandarin oranges slices and maraschino cherries work well as trimming too.
If you prefer you can use apricot glaze in place of the cream cheese and marshmallow cream. Thin it with a little orange juice and spred on cookie crust.
