Roll and tie with kitchen string
cover in flour, celery salt, garlic powder and mrs. Dash. Brown in frying pan and place in oven dish.
Cover with 1 can beef stock and red wine, bayleaf, 5 juniper berries, garlic, whole allspice.
Bake for 1-2 hours at 325
Stir in 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp flour into beef stock. Cool until thickened
