     Chocolate Sheet Cake

2 C flour
1 /2 C cooking oil
2 C sugar
1/2 C buttermilk
4 T cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 C water
1 tsp vanilla
For Icing-
1 stick margarine or butter
1/3 C milk
1 lb powdered sugar
4 T cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1 C chopped nuts or coconut (optional)

Sift flour with sugar and cocoa. Combine margarine, water and oil in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over flour mixture. Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk. Combine with eggs and vanilla and add to flour mixture. Beat well. Pour into 11 x 16 pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
For Icing- Heat margarine and milk, pour over remaining ingredients. Blend well. Spread on cake.
