     Maple-Walnut Butter

Ingredients
1/2 Cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperator
1/2 Cup finely chopped walnuts
1/4 Cup maple syrup or pancake syrup
 

Instructions
Stir together butter, walnuts and syrup in small bowl until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
To soften, remove from refrigerator 15 minures before using.
Serve with French toast, waffles or pancakes.
