     Creamed Potatoes with Parsley

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
3 Tablespoons chopped parsley
white sauce (I use the recipe on the side of my Argo cornstarch)
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Boil potatoes until tender but firm (apprx. 10-15 minutes). Drain and return to pot. Salt and pepper to taste, add parsley and hot white sauce.
