     Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 c shortening
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
 
2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
Mix butter, shortening, sugar and eggs. Stir in dry ingredients thoroughly. Roll into walnut size balls. Mix togetehr 2 Tbsp sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls in sugar and cinnamon mixture and place on ungreased pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until light brown at 400 degrees.
