     Skillet Pork Chops and Rice

Ingredients
4 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
1/4 cup diced celery (WIC food)
1/4 cup diced onion (WIC food)
3 Tbsp catsup
1 1/3 cup water
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup uncooked rice (WIC food)
 

Instructions
Brown chops in small amount of oil in skillet. Remove chops and add diced celery and onion. Cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Place chops on top of rice mixture. Bring to boil and then reduce heat to simmer. Simmer about 35 minutes or until chops are tender and rice is done.
