Put turkey or chicken in slow cooker, add 1 Tbsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Cook for 8-10 hours. Cut or shred meat and serve with favorite sides or freeze to put in other meals.
With leftovers- put leftover meat in 1 or 2 cup containers and use to make chicken or turkey and noodles, chicken tacos, casseroles, chicken soup, etc...
