     Protein Powder Pancakes

Scoop of protein powder
1 egg or 1/4 cup egg whites
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1/4 cup milk of choice (or 2 tbsp greek yogurt and enough milk to thin it out)
Sweetener to taste (I usually add in 1 tbsp splenda but it will depend on your protein powder)
Optional - cocoa powder, cinnamon, nuts, fruit
You can also use psyllium husk in place of the flax seed but you may need more milk

Mix everything together in a blender or with whisk so everything is combined
Pour into a greased skillet over medium heat and cook 2-3 min per side
Top with nut butter, jam, syrup, honey, fresh fruit, or whatever you're feeling that day.
