Place chicken in a 4qt slow cooker coated with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, green peepper, garlic, lime juice, pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with rice.
