     Potato Cassorol

Ingredients
2 pounds hash brown potatoes (thawed)
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup mined onions
1 pint sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream chicken soup
1/4 cup butter
2 cups potato chips
Pinch salt
 
Pinch pepper

Instructions
Defrost hashbrowns, melt 1/2 cup margarine, then add salt, pepper, cream of chicken soup, onion flakes, sour cream and cheese. Stir well then add hashbrowns. Out in greased 9 X 13 inch pan. Crush the potato chips then add 1/4 cup melted margarine and put on top of hashbrowns mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered.
