     Balsamic Marinated Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
4 oz. Balsamic vinegar
8oz. Olive oil
2 oz. fresh garlic
2 oz. Dijon mustard
2 oz. fresh chopped cilantro
Cracked black pepper and kosher salt- to tast
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
1 red onion
 
1 red pepper
1 bunch asparagus

Instructions
Mix first 6 ingredients in blender to purée
Slice vegetables and place in ziplock bag and cover with marinade. Allow to marinate for 1 day turning every trip to the refrigerator.
Grill to perfection and serve!
