     Cinnamon rolls

Ingredients
1/2 cup potatoes
one envelope yeast
1/2 cup Milk
4 1/2 cup flour
1 stick softenend butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
 
Filling1/2 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 T cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins

Instructions
Mix potatoes, 1/2 cup water andyeast till yeast is dissoved. heat milk and butter, till butter is almost melted. then stir in 1/2 cup flourand potato and dissoved yeast let rise till spongy.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp salt and 2 eggs. add to spong mixture beat in rest of flour till soft dough. Let rise till double.
Roll 1/2 of dough out to 13 by 8 inch triangle cover with 1/4cup butter . Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together. spread half over dough. cover with 1/4 cup raisins. if desired.
repeat with second half of dough.
