     Broccoli and Mushroom Dip

Ingredients
2 cups broccoli
1 clove garlic
1 onion
1/4 pound mushrooms
2 tsp canola oil
1 cup cottage cheese
1 dash black pepper
 

Instructions
Cook broccoli until tender-crisp (2 minutes in the microwave). Drain.
In a small skillet cook garlic, onions, and mushrooms in oil for about 5 minutes, until onion is tender.
In food processor or blender, process cottage cheese until smooth. Add pepper and vegetable. Process until mixed.
Cover and refrigerate. Will keep for 2 days.
