Mix rice, ground beef,chick peas,allspice, salt. Add a little water
to mix well.
Stuff casings using a funnel(tool for stuffing). Flatten the stuffed
casings to leave room for rice to expand.
Put in boiling water about 45 minutes or until rice is done. taste
one to check.
Eat just like that or you can fry in butter to crisp casings. I like it
fried.
