     Baba Ghanooj Eggplant dip

Ingredients
2 medium eggplants
4 tsp tahini
1/2 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic minced
Juice from 2 or 3 lemons
Pomagranite to garnish
 

Instructions
Slice eggplant into 1 inch slice. Put in greased cookie sheet bake until skin is crispy on eggplant. Break apart, add tahini, salt, garlic minced, lemon juice. Mix, Leave and serve chunky or put in a processor to make smooth. Add Pomagranite to garnish
Serving Suggestions
Serve with syrian bread
