Ingredients
1 roar he cucumber (peeled and sliced thick
1 large onion sliced
1 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups cold water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
 
Instructions
Place cucumber and onions in bowl. Pour vinegar, sugar water, salt and pepper over cucumber and onions. Mix and refrigerate.
