     Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
3 Pounds of Strawberries
9 Large Kiwi
Juice From 1 Orange
2 Tablespoons Spenda Brown Sugar
Chips
Flour Tortillas
Water (place in a clean spray bottle to mist)
Spenda Sugar and Cinnamon or your own Cinnamon Sugar mixture
 

Instructions
Chop fruit by hand and place in a large bowl. Mix the juice and brown sugar and mix in with the cut up fruit.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut the Tortillas into triangles ( the size is up to you)and place them in a single layer on baking sheet. Lightly mist with water and cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake for aprox 7 minutes. They should be firm and slightly darker. (If you wait until they are golden brown they will be burned.) Remove from pan immediately chips will harden as they cool
Serve with chilled fruit.
