Chop celery, onion and green pepper. Place sausage in skillet and brown until crumbly. Drain off any grease. In a sauce pan heat chicken broth to a boiling and add to skillet.
Add in remaining ingredients and stir.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 1 hour or until rice is done. Add a little salt and pepper to your preference and serve.
