Place meat in 13x9 dish. Sprinkle dry onion mix over meat.
Mix together mushroom soup, gravy mix and water, mix well
and pour over meat. Spread mushrooms over meat. Cover
with foil tightly . Preheat oven to 300 degrees and cook 3
hours not ever removing the foil.
