     Healthy Chicken Chowder

Ingredients
1 cup milk
6 tbsp flour
1 can premium chunk white chicken, undrained
1 can cream style corn
1 can yellow sweet corn, undrained
2 cups frozen southern style hash browns
2 cans fat free, reduced sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
 

Instructions
Blend together milk and flour in a 4-quart pan. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. Heat, simmering for 15 minutes or until hot and thick. Stir occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste.
