2 can(10 1/2 oz) condense chicken broth
|
|
1 cup water
|
|
Generous dash of pepper
|
|
1 medium carrot, sliced,about 1/2 cup (WIC food)
|
|
1 stalk of celery, sliced, about 1/2 cup(WIC food)
|
|
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut up
|
|
1/2 cup uncooked medium egg noddles
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
1. In medium saucepan mix broth, water, pepper, carrot, celery and chicken. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil.
|
|
|
2. Stir in noodles. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 10 minutes or until noodles are done, stirring often.
|
|
|
I normally double this recipe.
