     Breakfast Egg Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. cubed ham
18 eggs, beaten
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
2 cups diced hash brown potatoes (I use O'Brien potatoes with peppers and onions
 

Instructions
Combine all the above ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour in a greased 13 x 9 pan. (At this point you can refrigerate overnight). Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy
